Course Description

This live one hour program is designed to cover the components of advanced hemodynamic monitoring that includes delivery and consumption of oxygen, factors that affect oxygen delivery and oxygen consumption, application of Global End Diastolic Index (GEDI), Extravascular Lung Water In
dex (ELWI), Stroke Volume Variation (SVV), Cardiac Function Index (CFI), Pulmonary Vascular Permeability Index (PVPI)
 and Systemic Vascular Resistance Index (SVRI).

Learning Outcomes:

   1. Discuss the components of oxygen delivery and consumption.
   2. Describe cardiac function index. 
   3. Discuss the implications of global end diastolic index and systemic vascular resistance index. 
   4. Discuss the Requirements for measuring stroke volume variation and pulse pressure variation.
